On Friday, June 11, 2021, we continued our Species on the Move Webinar Series with "New Research to Evaluate Adaptive Capacity in Enhancing Climate-Resilient Fisheries" featuring Drs. Tim Essington (University of Washington), Arielle Levine (San Diego State University), and Marissa Baskett (University of California, Davis). They presented on their work to better understand what barriers and opportunities exist in enhancing adaptive capacity in fisheries. The findings will help clarify the concepts and methods for adaptive capacity and elucidate how it can fit into policy and management. This project is an outcome of our 2019 Ideas Lab.
